The idea is a town filled with Halloween homes with ghost and witches that roam. It's the little trick or treaters which will come to the doors, requesting treats and trinkets to fill their baskets galore.
Before they depart with their sugar highs, The Haunted Steam Wheeler is filled with surprise. The Palace of Games, and The Spooky Train are sure to leave your precious gems with giggles and grins as you tuck them in!
Nothing gory or horrific will anyone see. The theme is to be spooky whimsical and rated PG!!
The lights and decorations will be strung as Pioneer Park will be transformed into our very own "fang-tastical" Halloween Town. A wonderful brew of volunteers and local business who will unite to create a safe and magical theme park for our little goblins and ghouls. This is a "spook-tacular" event that you do not want to miss. All proceeds of Halloween Trick or Treat Town will be used to purchase playground equipment for the University West Park.
